How do I cancel a purchase?

If you purchased an experience from Hijinks–whether you have redeemed that experience or not–you can cancel it right here with us. Contact us here and tell us that you would like to cancel a your purchase.

Please note, we must honor the cancellation policies of our experience partners and will not be able to offer a refund if it goes against the experience provider’s policy.

How do I change the date and time of my booking?
