How do I cancel a purchase?
Please note, we must honor the cancellation policies of our experience partners and will not be able to offer a refund if it goes against the experience provider’s policy. How do I change the date and time of my booking?
To change the date and time of your booking, you’ll need to be in touch with the experience provider.
My confirmation email contained a Hijinks Booking Code. What now?
If your confirmation email contained a Hijinks Booking Code, you need to be in touch with the experience provider to schedule your experience. Follow the instructions in your confirmation email. If you have specific questions about your tour or activity, you can contact the experience provider directly or let us know and we’ll do our best to help.
