The Essential Toronto Pole Dancing Studios

Forget about the long, sad trudge to the gym! Ditch that boring workout routine, which is now so old you can basically do it in your sleep. Did you know that you can experience a full body workout pole dancing? Pole dancing is fairly new to the Toronto workout scene but it’s here to stay. A pole dancing class is a complete core workout, it promotes strength and flexibility, and it’s a huge confidence boost. Classes are super popular for bachelorettes and birthday parties.

Quick tip, however, for pole dancing: maybe don’t make plans immediately after your first excursion—you may have trouble walking or carrying things or generally just standing up straight. Oh, and you’ll have some really cute pole kisses—angry red welts from when you accidentally slid down the pole—all up and down your legs. But stick with it and you’ll have abs of steel and the confidence of a rockstar in no time!
