#1– Go ziplining on Grouse Mountain

#2 – Spend a day bouldering at The Hive North Shore

The Hive North Shore is a sweet spot to spend the day bouldering with friends. This bright and funky gym offers a full bouldering experience, as well as yoga classes for climbers and late-night climbing rates.

#3 – Explore Indian Arm on a guided kayak tour

Get out of the hustle and bustle with a kayak tour of Deep Cove and its surrounding areas with Deep Cover Kayak Centre. They offer a couple of beginner tours as well as specialty evening and full moon paddles. Check out the most popular paddle, the Deep Cove Explorer tour, offered from April to October.

If you’re looking for something fun to do over the weekend, check out North Shore Paintball. This outdoor paintball pitch hosts games year round, rain or shine. Diehard paintballers will be happy to hear they’ve got several different types of terrain here, and, if your stamina allows it, you can try them all.

If you feel like it’s high time you learned how to cook food that’s delicious and good for you, Cook Culture is for you. Located in central Lonsdale, Cook Culture is known not only for their huge collection of kitchenware but also for their amazing array of healthy and fun cooking classes. #6 – Go top roping at The Edge Climbing Centre

If top roping is more your thing, check out The Edge Climbing Centre located just east of the Lion’s Gate Bridge. They’ve got both bouldering and top roping here, and offer competitive climbing rates, especially during the off season in the summer months. This climbing gym is smaller than others in the area, but it’s a good option if you’re serious about climbing and don’t like the crowds.
